This service is for those that wish to get better at the Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift for the sport of powerlifting OR those looking to optimise these lifts for goals such as increasing muscle size, strength &/or sports performance.

If you feel mobility is what is holding you back, don't think I'll tell you to stop lifting or to start doing a 30min mobility routine each workout. I want you guys to be at your strongest so we work on your biomechanics WHILST you continue to lift WITHOUT excessive mobility routines.

The sport of Powerlifting is based around lifting the most amount of weight for the Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift safely and in accordance to the rules which can differ depending on what federation you compete with.

My job as a Powerlifting Coach is to make sure you lift safely, optimally, understand the rules and of course progress you as a lifter.

I’ve worked with a small class of children as young as 7 years old up to adults as old as 60, people that have never set foot in a gym up to competitive powerlifters.

We start with a free no obligation consultation and should you wish to sign up, we get you booked in to get working on your goal(s).

Powerlifting Coaching packages include:

  • 60minute session(s) as early as 5:30am or as late as 8pm

  • Nutrition Coaching

  • Programming on TrueCoach

  • Invite to the Private Client Access Facebook Group with extra content

  • Support from a Coach who cares about your results

  • Coaching on competition days (dependant on location)

Technique sessions are also available, you won't need many.
