PERSONAL TRAINING

In the 8 years (and counting) I have been personal training, I’ve worked with children as young as 14 years old up to adults as old as 80, people that have never set foot in a gym up to competitive weightlifters/powerlifters.

Helping you achieve goals such as:

  • Fat loss/definition

  • Increasing muscle size &/or strength

  • Improving fitness

  • Sports performance

  • Mobility

  • Rehab/Prehab

  • Helping you feel comfortable, confident and fully able in a gym setting on your own

We start with a free no obligation consultation and should you wish to sign up, we get you booked in to get working on your goal(s).

Personal Training packages includes:

  • 60minute session(s) as early as 5:30am or as late as 8pm

  • Nutrition Coaching

  • FREE Programming on TrueCoach

  • Invite to the Private Client Access Facebook Group with extra content

  • Support from a PT who cares about your results

Want to partner up? That's not a problem, training with another person has many benefits such as the price works out lower per person, competitiveness, accountability etc.

*Currently limited to a maximum of 2 clients from the same household per session due to COVID-19
