THE MARK METHOD
My name is Mark Nesbitt and I am an evidence-based Personal Trainer, Powerlifting Coach, Biomechanics Coach & soon to be a Nutrition Coach.
I've been in this industry working various roles since 2012. In late 2018, I decided it was time to start my own business so I would no longer have to work shifts, could dedicate more time to clients and invest back into my business to continually increase my standards.
My main "bread and butter" in short is Strength Training; I feel strength training has been put in a box of only being useful for if you want to get big and strong. Although a valid point, it is extremely useful for fat loss, endurance sports and with my background in biomechanics it can also be utilised in training with/around an injury.

Lastly, I should mention I have formed a fantastic network of professionals with various backgrounds and strengths that can offer their expertise should you need help in an area of which I'm not qualified in such as Physiotherapy, Osteopath, Sports Massage, Psychotherapy etc.
